Position Summary

Stric-Lan is looking for a pipeline sales professional to serve our Pipeline Division as an Account Manager. This person will develop and maintain business relationships with existing and potential Pipeline customers in Houston and throughout the nation. The account manager will work with clients to solve problems and create value to meet specific sales objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all contacts and key decision makers to ensure full awareness and understanding of the client’s business needs.
  • Research prospective organizations in designated market segments and identify decision makers in those organizations.
  • Develop, implement and maintain strategic action plan to assigned and targeted customers.
  • Consult with customers on the use of Stric-Lan’s products and services; propose new solutions where needed.
  • Identify opportunities for Stric-Lan products and services. Strategically work business opportunities according to the established sales strategy.
  • Communicate with Operations Team regarding activities on customer accounts and new contracts. Share intelligence on customer’s future activities that relate to Stric-Lan’s product lines.
  • Identify necessary resources to meet customer commitments.
  • Prepare and present product and service presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with customers to create MSA and contract agreements.
  • Complete and submit necessary reports and planning tools on time and accurately.
  • Establish realistic sales growth plan and sales forecasts for each customer and product line.
  • Facilitate corporate level customer entertainment as may be required
  • Ensure that developed marketing/sales plans and objectives are followed in a harmonious manner with the company's overall objectives, plans, and programs.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred or notable field and sales experience.
  • Experience in the oil and gas business in required, preferably in the pipeline industry.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Must pass company required drug screen and background screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
