Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking a helpful individual with excellent customer service skills to join our client communication team full time or part time.

Candidates must be able to:

• Talk to clients over the phone with a friendly, approachable manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Inform clients of our 24-hour cancellation policy
• Collect balances due on patient accounts including coinsurance and co-pays over the phone
• Contact insurance companies to verify policy coverage
• Communicate professionally with other departments using e-mail, instant message and HIPAA compliant intra-office communication systems
• Use Google calendar, Asana, Gmail and Google docs to coordinate with team members regarding client scheduling
• Complete data entry efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Complete regular and unprompted light cleaning tasks including dusting, wiping down work areas, re-racking magazines
• Attend work as scheduled with few absences
• Work well with a team
• Stay organized, positive and motivated in a busy environment

• Commensurate with experience
