Physical Therapist Job at Urology Clinics of North Texas

Responsibilities:
- The physical therapist will provide pelvic floor physical therapy care to patients through evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, patient education, and discharge planning to maximize the patient’s functional outcome
- This patient population will include all adults with pelvic floor dysfunction
- Evaluates, treat, and monitors patient
- Modifies therapy program and goals as needed
- Administrative Duties: Performs thorough and concise clinical documentation and assists in scheduling patients
- Communication: Communicates effectively with patients, coworkers, and members of the medical care team to include physicians, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff
- Provides education to patients and staff
- Professional Development: Advances clinical skills through daily problem solving, ongoing education, literature review and implementation of evidence- based practice
Requirements:
- Education – Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Experience – None as onsite training is required
- Desire to learn
