Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida

Current CPR certification

Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience. Home Health and outpatient Experience

Possessing a passion and commitment to excellence

Excellent interpersonal skills and computer proficient

Administer comprehensive evaluations and formulate a proper plan of care specific to each patient

Facilitate treatment sessions that aim to relieve pain, improve strength and increase function

Thoroughly document each patient’s diagnosis, treatment and progress in our EMR system

Maintain a clear Florida physical therapist license and attend continuing education courses as required
