Fletcher Jones Imports is looking for a part-time Phone Operator to join our team. The right candidate has strong communication skills and an affinity toward customer service.
This is a part-time role and the Switchboard Operator will be scheduled approximately 24 hours a week including evenings and Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Work Week Basics:
- 2-4 shifts per week (more can be added as experience grows)
- Saturday mornings required
Pay: $12 / hour
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership phones, answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
