Position: Personal Lines Client Manager | Account Manager | CSR
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Salary/Benefits: 50k-70k with commission

Seeking a Candidate with High Net Worth and EPIC or AMS360 Agency Software Experience (Mandatory)
Remote is Ok for the right candidate.
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager assists the Personal Lines Supervisor in managing customers' current insurance coverages while also sourcing new customers and maintaining positive relations with the insurance carriers.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Be up to date with carrier communications and new coverage options.
2. Work well within a team environment to make sure all aspects of the desk are covered.
3. Accounts Receivables.
4. Service an existing book of business by maintaining accounts as well as rounding them out.
5. Must know all aspects of the job, i.e. policy processing, invoicing, summaries, ID cards, binders, certificates, proposals, company websites, etc.
6. Follow and enforce all company guidelines to avoid E&O.
7. Prepare insurance proposals for new and renewal business. Must know all carrier coverages and make sure all coverages are offered.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong carrier experience with most carriers preferred. Excellent overall client servicing, computer and communication skills. Sales ability is a plus.'
License/Certification: Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent's license preferred
Compensation: Competitive Compensation depending on applicable experience
