DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for providing support to PAS Supervisor and Program Director by assisting in developing patient records.

2. Will perform Data Entry of patient/employee information on a daily basis

3. Ensure required information (evaluations) scheduled licensure required documentation) is processed.

4. Coordinate Services with Program Director and/or PAS Supervisor, will submit appropriate information to other parties

5. Perform daily Electronic Visit Verification to generate billing and payroll. Responsible for reviewing provider check/in outs for accuracy.

6. Is responsible for issuing paychecks to providers

7. Will review applications for potential providers’ employees.

8. Responsible for new employee hire process.

a. Responsible for new employee orientation to policies and procedures.

b. Responsible to send criminal histories on attendants

9. Follows through with daily communication with clients and providers

10. Will notify supervisor/director regarding client/provider problems

11. Is responsible for filing and routing documentation on a daily basis to filing clerk.

12. Will carry out duties assigned by Supervisor/Director

13. Will answer telephone and route calls.

14. Will fax appropriate information to other parties.

15. Will receive and distribute faxes to appropriate parties.

16. Will document any breaks/gaps in service and notify MCO’s and TX DADS

17. Assist with responsibilities when PAS staff are absent

18. Will carry out any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
