Job Description: Bright Sky Services LLC, a fast-growing company in the handyman industry, is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Handyman Personal Assistant. This position offers the flexibility of remote work from home and provides an opportunity to be an essential member of our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Receive customer leads from Thumbtack, Google, Home Depot, Yelp, and promptly respond to inquiries.
- Independently estimate charges for each job and schedule them based on technicians' availability, utilizing our CRM system.
- Perform assistant duties during downtime, including sending emails, making phone calls to schedule jobs, ordering materials, data entry, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proficient handyman knowledge to accurately estimate jobs and confidently answer customer questions.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
