World renowned cosmetic surgeon looking for an experienced Aesthetic Consultant and Treatment Coordinator for busy, innovative environment. With boutique offices in Beverly Hills and London, we are upscale in design as well as location. Dr. Frey is looking for an upbeat professional, whose experience and enthusiasm radiates when with patients and is consistent throughout their work. Responsibilities:
- Confidently assisting patient check-in and check-out
- Explain all consent forms to patient
- Answer all patients questions and concerns in a knowledgeable manner
- Scanning, emailing and sending documents
- Prepping and cleaning rooms
- Assisting Doctor in treatment rooms
- Competent in sterile technique
- Prepare prescriptions for patients
- Responsible for inventory and ordering supplies for the office
- Organize presentation of treatment plan
- Account receivables
- Prepare meetings
- Assist Doctor with tasks, need be
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Have good computer skills and proficient in uploading and maintaining patient files
- Excellent communication and people skills and ability to work as a team member in a fast paced environment
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Must be able to confidently explain cosmetic procedures, manage patient expectations and help plan with post treatment care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Professional References
- Passing a background test
