Job Title: Luxury Sales Professional - Patek Philippe Specialist

Reports to: Store Director

Division: Retail

The Luxury Sales Professional is responsible for generating revenue for the company via the sales of Patek Philippe and other high end watches while providing outstanding customer service, reflective of Patek’s image as the finest timepiece in the world. Luxury Sales Professionals are expected to build strong relationships with clients as well as creating networks with which to meet legitimate client leads.

Meeting or exceeding sales objectives

    • Provide the Patek Philippe experience to all clients.
    • At a minimum, must meet sales objectives for any given quarter and year.
    • Develop potential clients through walk-in traffic.
    • Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases.
    • Assist team in other areas of the store and sales process where needed.
    • Regularly utilize all forms of communication to generate sales.
    • Clearly understand daily sales objective and how it relates to weekly and monthly targets.
    • Attend training session to increase product knowledge.
    • Readily accept and incorporate constructive advice given by managers on how to improve sales performance.Ensure an outstanding client experience
    • Work to create a positive, inviting and fun environment for the discerning client.
    • Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches.
    • Create a relationship with the client:
      • Greet the client when he or she enters the store. If you recognize the client, welcome the individual back to the store.
      • Listen to the needs of the client and ask questions.
      • Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge to educate the client and address their needs.
      • Understand available inventory within store and if needed, at other Tourneau stores.
      • Create excitement with the client about the product.
      • Ultimately gain the client’s trust.
    • Obtain client contact information to build an on-going relationship
  • Continually update client base through all available resources.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information for client base data entry.
  • Develop existing client base and reach new prospects.

    • Provide superior after-sale service to all Tourneau clients.
    • Use all available resources to solve problems.
  • Keep management informed of potential product as well as client issues.Inventory and Visual Display at the Selling Floor Level
  • Ensure the precise set up and breakdown of the displays.

    • Maintain pristine selling floor environment during the business day.
  • Ensure proper care and handling of all merchandise and company assets, by complying with company directives such as “Care & Handling” and “Packing Standards” guidelines.

Patek Ambassador

    • Be a well presented and a professional representative of the brand, both in the store as well as at external functions.
    • Fully understand the brand image and convey that image consistently while representing the brand
    • Fully understand the history of the brand and incorporate in the day to day sales functions of the brand.
  • Uphold the policies and procedures as set forth by Tourneau.

    • Maintain a positive attitude and be a contributing member of the Tourneau team.
    • Update and maintain knowledge on the brand, product, procedures, policies and the competition.Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of strong luxury retail experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
      • A passion for building clientele and selling.
      • Ability to work as a team player.
      • Basic computer literacy.
      • Flexible to retail working hours.
      • Proven track record in consultative selling .
      • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional business hours which include nights, weekends and holidays.
      • Impeccable presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills with knowledge and experience with client developing.
