Parts Coordinator Job at Wittmann USA Inc
POSITION PURPOSE
Position provides phone/email, technical and parts support to customers and field service technicians across North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
1. Answer phone calls and email from customers, regional sales managers and service engineers.
2. Create and process spare parts orders.
3. Arrange and track shipment of spare parts orders. Provide delivery information to customers.
4. Prepare formal quotations as requested via email/phone.
5. Issue Return Authorizations for and processing of parts returns as required.
6. Timely (digital) filing of all support documentation for quotes and sales orders.
7. Research and respond to customer’s accounts receivable and invoicing inquiries.
8. Perform other duties as assigned
