Summary: Receiving materials and parts into the facility, maintaining inventory records, dispensing parts and materials to other departments in the company ensuring that there is proper record keeping of item retrieval.

REQUIREMENTS:
- A parts clerk must input materials received into the company database upon arrival.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Able to multitask.
- Ability to implement policy and procedures where deemed necessary.
- Must have strong record keeping skills.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to operate pallet jack and dollies.
- Must be able to pay attention to detail.
- Must have basic math skills and the ability to perform simple transactions on a computer.
- Be able to operate on multiple database platforms.
- Be willing to use a personal vehicle to pick up parts from local vendors. (If needed)
- Be able to work directly with the maintenance department.
- Be able to research/cross reference and compare prices on parts.
- Be able to set up vendor accounts with new vendors the company is using.
- Must be able to negotiate on pricing in bulk rates.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be trust worthy in financial authority.
