Job Description
The Part Time Receptionist position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency clients, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
