Part time apartment maintenance person needed. Maintenance of the complexes includes yard work and cleaning the sidewalks, grounds and parking areas.
Experience in plumbing, painting, electrical, light carpentry, yard work, cleaning and other repairs for apartments. The job is at 2 apartment complexes in Silver City.
Approximately 24 hours per week during the workweek. Must be dependable, reliable and able to handle different job tasks every day. May be asked to handle emergency repairs after hours if necessary. Must have basic tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
