Painter/Drywaller Job at Heights of Southfield Apartments
Experienced painter / drywaller needed. Should have at least 2 years’ experience with drywall and painting, commercial or residential.
Paint and/or touch up paint as needed. Repair drywall as needed.
Must know how to effectively hang, tape, and mud drywall to prep for painting; need to know how to properly cut out drywall needing to be replaced.
Must possess positive attitude and be able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
Must be organized and able to prioritize.
Must exhibit attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, cooperation, dependability, a concern for others, integrity, self-control, stress tolerance, good communication skills, troubleshooting.
