Job Description

We want you to work with our amazing team! Our agency culture is a great mix of work and fun! We know how to work and play hard and we incorporate that into a fun learning environment with participation from every team member. We offer a base plus commissions making your pay limitless!

You will receive training and mentoring from various members of our team to help you achieve your own professional and personal goals. We take the time to have one to one weekly meetings with management as well as team meetings so that the team is on the same page. Education is also very important to us so we incorporate that into our team meetings as well.

We also celebrate birthdays, holidays, workiversaries and a lot of other fun events. We also close early in the summer to allow additional time with family and friends. When the days get stressful we offer chair massages a couple times during the year when possible. Our office also offers community service opportunities for our team and gives back to our local community whenever possible.


Salary Range: $40000.00 - $NaN per year

Responsibilities


Responsible in the sale of insurance to qualified personal and business clients and prospects to reach specific goals. Prior sales experience a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute daily job responsibilities, including responding to voice mail, emails, insurance company communications
  • Develops new business from existing clients and cross selling opportunities when possible
  • Actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, attending networking events, making sales presentations in order to write target clients
  • Maintaining complete and appropriately documented files
  • Providing professional, service to our clients, insurance company representatives and teammates
  • Maintaining proper procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding insurance coverage
