Salary range: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
Receive customer orders via mail, phone, fax, or other electronic means. Accurately process customer orders and provide support and solutions for order related issues to our international sales team.
- Enter sales orders into AlphaPlan from customer purchase orders with speed and an error rate of less than .02% per month.
- Update shipping date of sales orders through warehouse correspondence, internal documents, and/or stock analysis.
- Analyze every action that an order generates.
- Understand how the entry of each order affects other departments.
- Multiple screen verification for each line entry, which requires extensive research.
- Verify stock, pricing, commission, address, payment terms, and shipping information for customer orders by following contract review procedure.
- Process for each action may vary based on situation which requires critical thinking.
- Analyze discrepancies (stock or otherwise) and provide solutions and/or alert Inside Sales Rep.
- Must meet daily data entry and department deadlines.
- Initiate continuous improvement processes.
- Generate various reports.
