SKMES is the leader in performing a wide range of services, including the design, fabrication and installation of quality kitchen ventilation products, as well as industrial and commercial heating and air conditioning, electrical work and complete back-up service provided by our service company throughout the US and abroad. The Construction Division is gearing up for a number of jobs that require a skilled equipment operator, with experience and credentials to safely and efficiently operate a backhoe, mini-excavator, bobcat, and other items detailed below..
JOB DESCRIPTION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid state license with a CDL required
- Good driving record and a clear MVR is a condition of employment.
- Must be experienced with Backhoe, Mini excavator, Bobcat, Skid steer, Dump Truck, Line/Auger Truck
- Commercial construction experience is a PLUS!
- Knowledge of basic site survey principles.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply construction safety principles and practices at all times.
- Knowledge of federal, state, county and local environmental regulations related to the operating heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of traffic control methods.
- Communications skills.
- Customer service skills.
