DMT Trucking is a specialized flatbed operation, and part of the PS Logistics family of companies.

DMT currently runs over 250 trucks and almost 375 trailers from our three terminals in Starke, FL, Camden, AL, and Broken Bow, OK. DMT Trucking provides safe and reliable transportation to customers across the eastern half of the United States, and is unique to any other PS Logistics owned company in that its fleet of over the road trailers is comprised of all 53-foot trailers.

The Operations Support will be responsible for supporting Customer and Carrier requirements by tracking our freight in a timely and professional manner. This role will offer support to sales reps on daily transactions through data entry, information and update requests and processing orders and paperwork. Your responsibility will be to drive all the logistics behind scheduling loads and providing updates to Carrier Sales, Account Managers, Account Executives and customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Updating Customer Orders in TMS System
• Contact carriers for updates and issues
• Data Entry
• Appointment scheduling
• Ensure all load data and information is correct
• Understand and utilize McLeod to track loads and effectively communicate updates on loads
• Communicate and escalate issues to appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Qualifications

A successful Operations Support must consistently demonstrate the company’s Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer service-oriented as well as team-oriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Operations Support must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
