- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Worksite Location: Hybrid, Eden Prairie, MN
- Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What you will do as an Operations Representative:
- Schedule pick-up or delivery appointments with warehouses via phone, email, or online scheduling
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls to drivers to get their location
- Communicate any scheduling issues that arise to the correct parties
- Ability to follow a step-by-step escalation process regarding issues
What you will bring to the role as an Operations Representative:
- High school diploma OR Bachelor’s degree; ideal first job with the opportunity to grow
- Proven ability to multi-task (servers, bartenders, and bank tellers are a few people who are successful)
- Excellent customer service attributes
- Attention to detail
- Strives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under stress
