Aon is looking for an Operations Professional I

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Growth Operations, reporting into the North American Leader – Pursuit and Creative.

Your impact as an Operations Professional I

  • Review Aon Connect Bid Support and add requests as they come into the PaC report
  • Check Aon Connect accuracy, proper completion of PaC Bid Support requests, and ensure R3 and RFP documents have been attached
  • Reach out to opportunity owner for missing or incomplete information on Aon Connect.
  • Responsible for sending out R3 emails in a timely manner and track follow-ups to ensure that Bid Support requests can proceed to next stage of assigning projects
  • Update report as needed (win/loss, rehearsal coaches and dates, status updates, moving from In-progress to completed, and more)
  • Review Monday.com for accuracy of notifications (when launched)
  • Attend daily Creative assignment call
  • Send RFP/Proposal and finalist assignment emails daily, partnering with Bid Directors and Creative Managers on assignments and details
  • Review PaC report and check project management records in Aon Connect to update to ‘submit’
  • Daily monitoring of rehearsal coach mailbox - Address inquiries
  • Keep rehearsal coach master list updated – Adding/Removing coaches and shadows as needed from each list (also updating or saving most recent copy on OneDrive for John B. and Mark Barus to view as read-only)
  • Own and maintain rehearsal coach distribution group (badged and shadow) updates – Updating distribution groups as updates are received (i.e., moving someone from our training group to badged once they advance to badged status)
  • Send out congratulatory email to the newly badged coaches (we have a template on the shared drive)
  • Responsible for sending out rehearsal coaching surveys within 72 hours of rehearsal
About you
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
  • Relevant experience of working within an Operations environment preferable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting all deadlines
  • Possess/demonstrate excellent skills in both verbal and written communications
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a requirement
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills to anticipate future needs/issues, including leading on identifying solutions and making recommendations
  • Ability to learn quickly and show flexibility to adapt in a growing group, working both independently and with a team mentality (required)
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
