Operational Skills Training Manager Job at NOVAE LLC
We are currently searching for an Operational Skills Training Manager to join the Novae, LLC team. This position can be based out of our corporate office in Markle, IN or the CAM location in Carbondale, PA. This individual will be primarily responsible for leading the training team across brands to plan, direct, and coordinate operational job skills training and ensure consistency, compliance, and best practice sharing. They will be responsible for developing their team of Training Specialists across the brands and provide guidance, support, and leadership. The Training Manger will design, plan, and implement training programs, policies and procedures and ensure they are in alignment with operational leaders and the needs of the business. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in training or a related field or demonstrated skills and experience. They will be comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, in both an office and production floor environment. Strong computer skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Our exciting benefits package includes weekly pay. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after only 30 days of employment, including Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, company-paid and supplemental life insurance, company-paid Disability, Critical Illness and Accident.
