Who are we looking for?

Someone to help us create an extraordinary patient experience. The ideal candidate would love helping people, be empathetic, detail oriented, hard working and passionate about helping people.

What does the position entail?

Greeting each patient with a smile and knowing EVERY patient's name

Managing & coordinating the schedule

Answering phones, responding to emails and texts

Assist in the execution of events: decorations, flyers made & distributed, calendars updated, getting patients signed up for classes)

Understanding patient accounts (basic math)

Collecting payments, posting transactions, Product sales

Problem solving and multitasking while being extremely attentive to every detail

Utilization of common office programs and EHR system (Microsoft office, Review wave, Platinum billing systems, Data entry, eventbrite, google drive, square)

Balancing collections and reports

Opening and closing office

What skills and experience are needed

Administrative support

Planning and event coordination

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to adapt and overcome

Demonstrate a high level of empathy and love for people

Excellent work ethic and punctual

Ability to work efficiently without supervision as well as in a team setting

Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Ability to mutli-task and complete task in a timely manner

Professional and passionate in helping others

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate

Job Type: 30-35 hr per wk

Baseline schedule M/W 7:45a-1:30p, 2:30p-6:30p, Tues 10a-12p (may vary), Th 1p-6:30p, Friday 7:45a-1pm

Health reimbursement, profit sharing bonuses after 3 mo., vacation pay, sick time, travel for training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
