2 DAYS A WEEK, 8-5 AND YOU CHOOSE WHICH 2 DAYS. AT/IN THE OFFICE, NOT REMOTE.
This is a combined clerical/customer service role. Primary duties are clerical tasks, invoicing, assisting customers on the phone, tracking inventory and keeping stock at correct level, prepare/process orders, filing, and assisting with audio/video editing for training platform and podcasts. Co will train for the audio/video job tasks.
3-6months experience minimum. High school diploma or equivalent, basic level MS Office programs, able to lift 20lbs. Office experience-(paid, internship or volunteer considered).
Candidate needs to be available the rest of 2023 and possibly longer for the right person. Company prefers the same schedule all year, but is flexible to have the days shift as needed.
