The Telemedicine Assistant Role

Our Telemedicine Assistants support our Medical Providers in an upscale telemedicine setting. Doing what’s in the patient's best interest is at the heart of what we do.

• Via video, you’ll deliver basic medical assistant duties remotely, such as reviewing medical history and medications, assisting patients in taking blood pressure, and documenting properly in an EMR.
• You will also participate in administrative duties such as checking in & checking out patients, making confirmation calls, monitoring and sending patient consent and paperwork, submitting lab and medication orders, closing the register, and running daily reports for all medication orders.
• You will be interacting with scheduled patients, becoming a partner on their journey, and ensuring they stay empowered and motivated all over video.
• After training, you’ll be an expert on all of Red Mountain’s products and services.

Just the Facts

• This is a full-time position working out of our Telecenter in Scottsdale. This is not a remote position.
• We’re looking for someone who can work shifts Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. We do schedule 8 hours shifts, 5-days per week.
• For this role, our pay ranges from $17.50 to $21.00 per hour depending on previous, relevant experience.

About You

• You are friendly, positive, and non-judgmental with a strong desire to help others - a people person.
• You have customer-facing experience in retail, restaurant, office, or similar setting.
• You are comfortable working with patients via video and have a strong understanding of technology.
