We Require
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of experience performing high-volume office, administrative, or clerical duties
  • A valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire

  • Experience in a high-volume legal, social service, medical, financial, insurance, education, or government setting
Job Contributions
  • Answers high volume, complex phone calls in a professional manner, ensures messages are relayed to the appropriate party, and enters call information into the case management system
  • Greets the public, both internal and external customers, in a professional and respectful manner
  • Assists staff by completing USPS address changes, giving instructions for certified mail, preparing envelopes and standard documents
  • Submits requests for client's banking information via fax
  • Receives incoming mail, faxes, Court documents, and other case-related documents; sorts, scans, and indexes these documents into the electronic filing systems and distributes them throughout the office
  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets and internal calendars to assist with department protocols
  • Copies, scans, and shreds documents to comply with department standards
  • Delivers and picks up legal materials, documents, equipment, or other items to assist Fiduciaries and office administration
  • Manages inventory of office supplies and office equipment; submits requests for supplies and equipment orders
  • Organizes and maintains the file room and maintains the professional appearance of the reception area
  • Schedules and plans internal staff meetings, which includes preparing certificates and reserving the meeting location
Working Conditions
  • Work is completed in a typical office setting.
  • May be required to lift (floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead), carry, pull, or push up to 30 pounds
