Who You Are:

Adaptable to ever changing business environments and departmental need changes as well as inter departmental. Great listener and excellent communicator. This position is an hourly Non-Exempt position and will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Answer telephones to provide information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, scanners & copiers, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
  • Purchase Local Office Supplies for Branch
  • Posting mail & printing daily Fed Ex/UPS pick up
  • Prepare and mail checks.
  • Order Entry back up
  • Keep track of daily deliveries & invoice completed routes
  • Create PO's, File & Track PO's and collaborate with Accounts Payable on POs as needed
  • Invoice Orders, SNI, Credits and Kwik Tags

Skills You Bring:

  • Proven working experience in office setting.
  • Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate.
  • Must have excellent communication(written and oral),interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Listening skills anddata collection with attention to detail are essential.
  • Basic Math Skills
