15hr. shifts per day - 7am-10pm / $2,100.00 a week - $106,000.00 Annual Pay

Our caregivers are carefully selected and matched to the client based on experience, personality, credentials, and availability. If you are hired and placed with a client for a live-in position, consider yourself a Superstar!! You are not easy to replace so upon accepting a position, you are required to commit to 90 days before requesting time off. No more short-term live in cases! If you are hired, be ready for an assignment within 72hrs!

JOB EXPECTATIONS: Being a live-in caregiver is incredibly rewarding. There are tasks to be completed daily according to the clients care plan. All caregivers are expected to be up at their scheduled time and leave detailed documentation at the end of each day. Household chores like washing, drying and folding laundry, preparing and cooking nutritious and healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Light housekeeping and keeping your area clean and neat at all times. Driving the client to and from appointments, running errands, grocery shopping or taking them to visit family and friends. Caregivers using their own vehicles for work will be reimbursed for mileage and documenting this will be important. All activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming are expected daily. Every case is different, and some clients need more help than others. There will be down time during the day, and you will be off during the night in most cases. In any case, you will find the best work/life balance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid CNA Certificate
  • Driver's license and Registered and Insured vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a live-in caregiver
  • Proof of covid vaccinations (must be fully vaccinated) Booster preferred, not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Motor vehicle history must be clean.
  • Must speak, understand and document ENGLISH.
  • You must Live in the United States
  • Must own and know how to operate a smart phone (documentation is done using our caregiver mobile app)
  • Must be caring, kind, and dedicated
