Key Accountabilities

Works closely with Performance Improvement group and assists team leaders to identify opportunities for improvement/lead teams to seize these opportunities to improve the success of the plant.

Continually focuses on most up-to-date thinking/practices related to lean production/Operation.

Works closely with the Maximo team to identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintains and/or improves operations website using vbscript, csharp and javascript.
-
Gathers data to generate reports (using VBA and Excel) to improve department efficiency.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
-
High school diploma/GED equivalent required
-
Minimum of 3 years in process improvement in operations or maintenance required.

Javascript, vbscript, csharp, VBA, and Excel skills highly preferred.
-
Applicable plant experience.

Proven leadership and people skills.
