Openly is looking for a National Agency Success Manager responsible for profitable growth, specifically by maximizing production and strengthening relationships with new and existing National Agency Partners. This critical role requires analytical thinking, problem solving, project management, and collaboration with team members to execute onboarding support, enabling rapid adoption of Openly's product, increasing growth and profit of National Accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing Openly National Agency Partners to enhance and maximize results
- Analyze partner results to proactively identify trends and growth opportunities for Openly National Agency Partners
- Support existing Openly National Agency Partners by identifying growth hurdles and determining root causes of issues
- Propose and implement creative growth & profit solutions in collaboration with Openly National Agency Partners
- Work closely with the National Business Development Manager on strategy and execution of large account partners
- Manage daily relationships with partners and first contact for issues and opportunities
- Attain success metrics (growth, retention, quality, etc.) with National Agency Partners
- Support existing Openly National Agency Partners by developing marketing campaigns
- Support Business Development Managers with agency appointments and onboarding
- Collaborate with other functions at Openly to drive industry-leading agent experience for Openly National Agency Partners
- Set and lead monthly and quarterly business review meetings with partners
- Create standardized results presentations to deliver to partners at monthly and quarterly meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of outstanding performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are a must
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
- Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first four weeks of employment
- Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM
- A passion for helping partners grow
- Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage a small 1-2 person audience and also a large, remote (online) audience
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Required travel 30%-50% of the time
