Job Summary and General Purpose of Position:

The multi-device coordinator is involved with set up, distribution, troubleshooting, and tracking of customer owned equipment which is managed by Kett. This role requires an individual with the ability to operate within a self-driven environment and maintain a high standard of operational organization. This role will regularly need to communicate with the customers device manager and other Kett employees. Attention to detail will be critical for the role with record keeping and accurate notation that is technical in nature being crucial aspects of the job.

Essential Functions:

• Communicate with Equipment Manager on Kett device management, software rollout, and record keeping.
• Manage users and apps in MDM software
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for iPads, iPhones, and MacBooks.
• Work with customer support team to resolve technical issues
• Coordinate device onboarding
• Create user documentation as new features and apps are deployed
• Train users on new equipment and apps
• Track the fleet of devices
• Enforce device policies
• Perform various additional duties assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

Skills/Experience- Skilled in task management, able to direct traffic, organize, and work with logistical conflicts. Demonstrated customer-focus with enthusiasm and empathy to support the varying customers across the project. Ability to identify probably root cause and support escalation to an assortment of responsible parties. Ability to receive high level direction and determine how to implement tasks to best accomplish goals. Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills. Flexible and able to take new direction without losing patience or rhythm. Three (3) + years of technical troubleshooting of Apple devices preferred. One (1) + year experience with the Atlassian tool suite is preferred. Education- Bachelors degree preferred, but may consider prior work experience in related field. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required at minimum. Physical Requirements- Must be able to sit work on a computer for as many as 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Job requires sitting, standing, and bending for approximately 6-8 hours on a daily basis. Must be flexible and able to perform numerous tasks as requested. Must be flexible to work overtime and hours above and beyond normal scheduled hours as needed. Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and, where applicable, a physical.

Previous experience as a Geek Squad or Apple genius employee is a big plus.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
