General Summary: A nonexempt position responsible for performing specific MRI exams and related tasks under the direction of a physician.
1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus to make each encounter as positive as possible
2. Work closely with clinical colleagues and administrative teammates to develop a cohesive, high performing team
3. Prepares patients for MRI procedures. Performs MRIs following established procedures for patient care and safety.
4. Ensures equipment is in working order. Reports equipment malfunctions to supervisor
5. Logs radiologic procedures completed. Processes related paperwork using computer equipment provided.
6. Maintains examination rooms. Stocks necessary medical and radiologic supplies.
7. Follows all IAC standards and guidelines.

Education:
Graduate of accredited MRI technician program. Tennessee state licensure and American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Registration.
