Essential Functions:

1) Produce, inspect, and pack acceptable product per Work Instructions, Green Sheet Criteria, and Approved Samples for shipment to our customers.

2) Satisfactorily operate all jobs.

3) Perform secondary operatons as required, including but not limited to:

• Trimming flash
• Cutting gates
• Sub-assembling
• Inserting
• Decorating
• Special packaging
• Sorting
• Gauging and inspection

4) When operating automatic or operator attended machines, perform an effective "Fast-Sort" if required and/ or visual inspection of product and immediately communicate any problems to the shift Supervisor.

5) Responsible for knowing the quality standards for every job you are running by reviewing the Part Information Book at the beginning of each shift for all required information needed to perform your assigned job.

6) Fill in all required documentation correctly and legibly such as: Production Tags, Production Cards, and Carton Lables

7) Check material to make sure it matches the description on the production card and Inspection Planning Sheet

8) Responsible for weighing all production for "Automatic Jobs" and/or "Operator Jobs" that require weigh counting for the entire shift, and logging correct amounts on the proper production card.

9) Adhere to all safety requirements.

10) Responsible for fostering effective communication will all departments.

11) Follow company policy and procedures

12) Adhere to break times/ lunch breaks

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 30lbs required

First Shift Hours 8am-4pm

Second Shift 4pm-12am

Third Shift Hours 12am-8am

Fourth Shift Hours 12:00am-12:00pm

Fifth Shift Hours 12:00pm-12am
