And great news…no prior Wireless Experience is required!Responsibilities would include: Offering a STELLAR Customer Experience |Hitting sales targets set by your District Manager | Being knowledgeable on our ever changing Product Lineup, Promotions, Plans and Store Operations | Outbound Calling to our Base customers (no cold calling)Having a reliable transportation source | Cash handling | Inventory responsibilities| Being a part of our “4 Walls” and assisting to constantly maintain Store Operations/Environment/Experience | Ability to work Retail hours and stand for long periods of timeTraining Offered: We offer a 3 week PAID Virtual Training in-store which runs Monday-Friday for 3 consecutive weeks – this is RequiredBeyond the 3 week training period, there is a curriculum that is self-paced which you will have another 30-45 Days to completeThere are always On-going trainings required to be completed as new plans, promos, products and processes change and launchWho Mobile Center Inc is looking for: Outgoing and able to make personal connections quickly | High energy with a positive and enthusiastic attitude | Always seeking out new information and interested in the Wireless and Technology Industry | Competitive and always seeking out opportunities to improve | At least 18 years of age and legally able to work in the US.Benefits and Pay: Base Pay + uncapped Commission Avg Annual Pay Range (entry level): $26K - $35KMedical/Vision/Dental Benefits offeredLong and Short term disability offered401K OfferedBi-weekly pay with monthly Commissions paid 2 months in arrears
