Responsibilities: The Construction Director is responsible for all field related operations including business development support, labor management, planning, and profitable, safe, on-time project completions. A dedicated and skilled workforce is essential to success, so the Operations Manager must develop both people and processes to ensure long-term company viability. Promoting teamwork and accountability is essential for this position.

The right candidate must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Superintendent and/or Construction Manager and have experience in all aspects of managing a job site. He or she must be organized and handle time management to the fullest capacity to meet project deadlines. The right candidate will have exceptional supervisory skills working with the assigned crews out in the field while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.


Qualifications:

  • 5 years (Required) as a superintendent/construction manager.

  • OSHA 30 training is required for this position (can be provided to the right candidate)

Work Location:

  • Multiple locations-travel required to projects in the region.

  • Attend project start-up and customer start-up meeting onsite.

  • Attend project turn-over meetings.

  • Communicate daily with PMs and division leads.

  • Communicate daily with Superintendents.

  • Visit every job under your management

  • Review crew production reports for labor and equipment.
