Lake Superior Community Health Center (LSCHC) is seeking a Full-Time Mental Health Professional.

We provide Behavioral Health at both our Duluth and Superior locations.

Licensure and Credentials

· Licensed or License eligible within 6 Month for psychotherapy (LGSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LP). Eligible for licensure in MN and WI

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.0 Coordinate, co-manage individual patient care, including consistent and expedited feedback to primary care provider

2.0 Provide on-site crisis triage and intervention as needed

3.0 Provide brief, solution-focused behavioral health care for LSCHC patients, including assessments and intervention geared toward positive behavioral change

4.0 Provide clinical consultation to medical providers and related team members on behavioral health, case management, motivational interviewing and related issues

5.0 Provide behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, including needed referrals and follow-up care

6.0 Maintain proper documentation in EHR according to clinical guidelines and operational procedures

7.0 Comply with organizational policies, procedures, standards of care and related laws and regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations

Pay: From $46,066.00 per year
