- Valid driver’s license required.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Supports all staff personnel in daily operations at center including morning and evening routine
- Be willing to participate in ministry team outings on Sunday mornings as needed
- Monitor and closely supervise students assigned to them.
- Provides instruction and reinforces student rules and guidelines in accordance with Teen Challenge
- May serve as a classroom assistant, work study assistant, chore supervisor or in other duties when
- Assists in writing activity logs, supplementing daily records and maintaining student records as required.
- Fosters a positive and cooperative attitude; creates a homelike atmosphere by example and guidance.
Starting Salary $25k-$31k based on education/experience
