B5 Fitness LLC DBA Snap Fitness Bend -Southwest is seeking a part-time Member Services Associates (MSA) to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, retail, sales and customer service. We have a fun upbeat culture, but work hard. Training will be provided but some sales, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Conduct member tours and sign ups.
- Follow up to gym inquiries on a daily basis
- Handle member customer service requests
- Provide great customer service to members
- Ability to present, persuade, and communicate professionally
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed, engaged and satisfied with their membership.
- Ensure that the facility's equipment and gym meet the company cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Coachable with a positive attitude
- Previous sales, customer service or retail experience preferred
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player
- Must be organized, motivated and detail-oriented
- Must be computer literate and able to learn a member management, and lead software program
Scheduled Hours:
- 13-16 hours per week, depending on availability
- 2-3 weekday afternoons and 3 Saturdays a month
