Member Experience Trainer Job at City & County Credit Union

CCCU is looking for a talented Member Experience Trainer to collaborate with our Training team to efficiently and effectively train our frontline and call center employees. You will utilize a variety of training delivery methods that take into consideration the needs of adult learners. A successful candidate will have knowledge of credit union or banking products and services and be comfortable coaching for sales and service goals. This position will travel to all Twin Cities based branch locations (Golden Valley, Minnetonka, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Maplewood, St. Paul, Eagan, Woodbury, Lake Elmo) for training and observation sessions with staff. You are a team player with great communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

· Present department and job specific learning content through: on-the-job training, job simulations, e-learning, mobile, instructor-led workshops, virtual, social, or a blended solution to individuals or groups.

· Conduct and evaluate observation coaching of branch team members’ sales and service interactions.

· Analyze feedback and learning impact from training participants and managers to recommend changes to improve value to learners.

· Act as a mentor and resource to employees by answering questions and assisting with issues.

· Assist in maintaining and building internal knowledge base.

· Build and maintain collaborative relationships with managers and peers, while assisting with developing cultural and community focus and employee engagement initiatives.

· Follows Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) policies and procedures as they relate to this position.

· Other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills

· High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· 2+ years’ prior credit union or financial institution experience preferred.

· 2+ years of facilitating training or leadership in a financial institution preferred.

· Displays proven competence in interpreting comprehensive concepts and the ability to break these down into an understandable teaching format.

· Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with a willingness to learn and master other software programs.

· Capable of working independently, with little supervision, while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing job requirements.

· Excellent and professional communicator using tact and diplomacy.

· Demonstrates high attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,880.00 - $64,320.00 per year
