You also support J&J Third party agencies, Event Managers and Meeting Planners. This position is critical to ensure the event(s) is successful and Johnson & Johnson HCP/Government Officials have a positive travel experience. As a Meeting Air Coordinator, you will
- First point of contact for Johnson & Johnson, BCD Travel and Meetings & Events teams
- Serve as a main contact within the operations team for all participant services related to an event
- Support online registration via CVENT with online bookings via Concur
- Creation and maintenance of GDS Sabre meeting Stars
- Maintain process excellence for HCP requests that book air, car service and hotel
- Provide pre-trip manifests and post trip reports to support Johnson & Johnson group air events
- Maintain internal group air database, HCP traveler profiles, and the TSPM site
- Qualify all meeting details and assign to the appropriate team members
About you
- Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge in GDS Sabre
- Experience with creating and managing Concur Travel Policies
- Effective time management skills, you can easily manage multiple projects and timetables
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
- Initiate new ideas for streamline efficiencies and process improvement
- Pharma and HCP/Government Official travel experience is preferred
