About us
Adirondack Rehabilitation Medicine is a medical practice servicing patients in the North Country, Saratoga county and beyond. Our doctors are specialists in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Physiatry. Our providers see patients for a variety of conditions in multiple locations including Queensbury, Malta, Glens Falls, Saratoga, and Albany.
Our goal is to prevent, diagnose, and treat disorders that may produce impairment. In order to establish a diagnosis we perform a physical exam and employ advanced tools such as EMG/NCV testing or Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
Medical Receptionist
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Proficiently and efficiently handle calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion while creating a positive experience.
- Answer patient questions and provide assistance when necessary
- Distribute forms and paperwork to patients, reviews to ensure that required fields are completed properly.
- Collect co-pays and account balance payments.
- Assists in managing inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinates reordering'
