Meat Processor Job at Cheney Brothers
· Efficiently and safely process, pack, weigh and label meat & ground beef products
· Operate meat and ground beef patty machines & grinding machines using established procedures
· Cutting/trimming raw meat to specifications, using a knife, and at times other machinery.
· Properly inspect equipment before each use for cleanliness, and quality assurance, and complete the Daily Inspection Check List. Will be required to set up and break down sections each day.
· Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, procedures, and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
· Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
· Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required, or directed by management.
· Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday, 9 am until the end (typically about 6 pm or 7 pm)
