Rolling Hills is looking for a caring, compassionate, committed and patient focused MDS Coordinator.

The MDS Coordinator will oversee and facilitate the completion of resident assessments at nursing facilities. Throughout the assessment and while planning care, they ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations.

The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results. The Utilization and Case Mix Specialist is responsible for the provision of expert advice and oversight to facility Utilization Case Mix Managers to ensure systems and processes are effectively implemented which promote coordination of care, patient advocacy and accurate reimbursement for services rendered.
