SPM Oil & Gas currently has an opening for a Weekend Shift Material Handler Lead located in Fort Worth, TX.
Shift Hours: Friday-Sunday 3:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees team activities, revises work assignments and assigns duties to meet schedules, production goals or contract priorities
Plan daily workflow
Act as a liaison with other teams leads as needed
Obtain, coordinate, distribute supplies and equipment as required
Train new and existing employees on company procedures and job specifications
Assist in demonstrating the use of equipment
Assist employees in troubleshooting technical concerns, collaborate with personnel and work with managers to report and resolve any issues
Escalate unresolved situations to management when appropriate
Act as an expeditor, coordinator and facilitator
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred One Year Experience
