- Gather, compile, and analyze procurement, maintenance, distribution, and replacement material and personnel logistics data
- Coordinating the distribution point of material for incoming and outgoing material
- Set up / prepare offices for incoming FTE and contractors
- Assemble/disassemble office furniture
- Assemble/disassemble cubicles, including walls, desk surface tops, cabinets, etc.
- Interface with warehouse personnel for equipment and distribution of materials
- Must be capable working independently and/or with other services line and technology leads on assigned tasks
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing 50 lbs. or more unassisted
- Must be able to climb and balance (stairs, ladders, scaffolds, etc.)
- Specific vision abilities required – close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust/focus
- Computer skills – data entry, use of Microsoft products and VA software
- Operate common power tools such as circular saw, drill, etc.
- Use of hand tools such as hammer, screwdriver, etc.
- Provide direct customer service in timely, courteous manner
Nice to Have
- OSHA 10 hr Safety Training
- Certified Forklift Operator
Education:
- High Diploma or equivalent
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation
Location:
- Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
- Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST Time)
