Starting Pay: $80,000

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
Analyzes customer/resident research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts.
Expands and develops marketing platforms.
Manages the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and results.
Delivers marketing activity within agreed budget.
Reports on return on investment and key performance metrics.
Creates marketing presentations.
Monitors industry best practices and trends.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Minimum two years of experience in a professional setting, creating and preparing marketing collateral, implementing initiatives and developing presentations is preferable.
Demonstrated skill in handling multiple tasks.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of major social media sites, tools and techniques.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong project management, organizational, time management, and both verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Curious, “always learner” by nature
Proficient in conflict management and problem-solving
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent writing skills and analytical skills

• Luxury Brand Marketing: 3 years (Required)
• Catering Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
