Overview:
Under general supervision; recommends, facilitates, and executes marketing strategies to achieve marketing goals. Responsible for ensuring all aspects of campaign across channels are complete, as listed in below. As part of the AAA Travel Marketing Team, this position specializes in the growing the AAA Travel business and new to AAA Travel, as well as delivering Five Diamond service during all business transactions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conception and execution & management of marketing strategies to drive growth. Includes campaign tactics for direct and digital marketing and paid media tactics.

Works with marketing team and business line management, as needed, to define creative strategy and success metrics. Communicates creative concept and key marketing information creative teams as well as e-business departments.

Works with Digital Media team to assist in deploying of campaigns.

Manages and traffics all marketing jobs; ensuring timely and cost-conscious project completion. Measures the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Monitors campaign expenses.

Ensures timely and effective communication regarding all marketing programs.

Reports on campaign effectiveness and recommends adjustments as needed. Prepares reports and presentations to highlight campaign success and metrics.

Seeks and provides information to help business lines understand customers, competitive sets, and trends.
Qualifications:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors degree required in Marketing or related field; or 5-7 years of additional relevant experience

Experience:
5+ years Account service or in-house marketing experience
1-3 years Industry related marketing, preferred
Experience in direct and database marketing. Knowledge of CRMs and analytic platforms, direct mail and print production, and collateral management.
Experience with travel sales & marketing preferred
