Vibe Jewelry is hiring for a Marketing Project Manager! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. We create heartfelt jewelry infused with love, sharing this joyous vibe with the world. We love our team members, our loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The Role Logistics

We’re growing fast and want to optimize our success with a leader who will take our marketing team and overall business to the next level!

The Marketing Project Manager role will be responsible for owning the marketing initiatives, strategic/analytical planning, and project management as the liaison between departments and team members.

This will be a full-time employee position that is 100% remote with flexible hours. Some availability during normal operating hours (8AM-6PM PST) is required to attend meetings and manage the team members.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need

Below is a list of areas where we need your help, in priority order.

Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest. Mega bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest AND experience AND they love what we do AND they can keep up with high performers.

• Help the business to grow exponentially online, and have a proven track record of business growth experience in businesses of similar size/volume.

• Implement and oversee our digital marketing initiatives to grow the Vibe Jewelry brand, factoring in the “big picture” as you go.

• Create, schedule deadlines, and manage production of our content calendar.

• Create campaign/project briefs with proposed timelines, and communicate effectively with team members so that everyone works cohesively towards the same goal.

• Plan and manage successful product launches and campaigns from beginning to end. Set, track, and report on goals/metrics/KPIs.

• Manage multiple team members and initiatives remotely, all while working towards a common goal and outcome. Lead with concise, kind communication and follow through that empowers team members.

• Coordinate with various departments and subcontractors for the creation and implementation of marketing initiatives including: photo/video shoots for content, website design, influencer marketing, and more.

• Provide direction and quality assurance checks on marketing deliverables across online platforms and social media, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Etsy.

• Optimize the tech tool stack, continuously make improvements to existing tools, and provide training as needed to the team.

• Create and/or maintain SOPs, checklists, and other documentation for clear communication and optimized processes.
