Ellianos Coffee is looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to join our growing team in Lake City, Florida. This person will be involved in all aspects of brand marketing and public relations strategies. A key area of focus includes marketing plan development and implementation for the entire Ellianos Coffee franchise system.

Job Description:

  • Assists Vice President of Marketing in all marketing activities and planning. Manages the execution of plans. Reports to Vice President of Marketing.
  • Integral role in the Ellianos Marketing team by being part of all efforts involved in traditional brand marketing – strategy, public relations, digital media, promotions, sales support, and more.
  • Works with VP of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies for both business-to-business marketing (franchise sales) and consumer-facing marketing.
  • Assists with planning and implementing Ellianos Cares franchise-wide charitable campaigns such as the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) in May and the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) in October.
  • Key role in digital media and communications including establishing content and media strategy, establishing KPIs and goals, researching new platform opportunities, participating in the asset creation process.
  • Assumes the role of social media manager for all franchisee social media platforms.
  • Develops and implements social media campaigns and strategies with measurable results.
  • Create content calendar, obtain content, and write copy for corporate and franchisee social media pages.
  • Schedule and post content across all media channels.
  • Plan and coordinate photoshoots and other creative content production.
  • Monitor and research competitor social media channels and industry leaders.
  • Monitor and track social media page analytics and create monthly reports.
  • Connect and engage with followers on all corporate page social media pages, including responding promptly to messages and comments.
  • Creates and monitors social media ads for both corporate and franchisee pages for special launches or promotions.
  • Write regular press releases, distribute them to news sources, post on website, and post on social media pages.
  • Support sales with marketing needs.
  • Communicates regularly with existing franchisees and assists in the onboarding of new franchisees by conducting training for marketing strategies.
  • Write quarterly newsletter to be distributed to existing franchisees.
  • Work with VP of Marketing to develop marketing training strategies.
  • Conducts regular maintenance of the Ellianos website (ellianos.com).
  • Assists franchisees with planning and implementing Grand Opening marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing major required
  • Candidate must be detail-oriented, collaborative, have a positive attitude, a self- starter, be well-organized and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Social & digital media experience and knowledge required.
  • Strong strategic and executional skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an advanced understanding of the English language convention.
  • Outstanding computer skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative programs such as Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Experience with WordPress a plus.
  • Basic photography skills and shot composition preferred.
