We are seeking a fantastic real estate Marketing Manager to join our team! We hope you will consider contacting us to learn more about this exciting opportunity. This role has the opportunity to be hybrid-remote after 90 days, based on performance.

What will you be doing?

Marketing Manager duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage multifamily real estate social media strategy, content development, execution, and reporting for over 6 brands; including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (and any other channel you deem helpful to achieve our goals!)
  • Network, network, network! Build relationships with local employers, schools, brokers and other customers – unafraid of a few broken rungs on your ladder to the top
  • Write amazing content that connects with our residents and customers, while improving our SEO rankings
  • Flex your analytical side by assisting in developing annual marketing plans per property and evaluating progress quarterly
  • Collaborate with property managers and discuss innovative campaigns that are EFFECTIVE!
  • Work with different personalities to come to a consensus on hosting engaging resident events and open houses
  • Have a commitment to adhering to brand guidelines by property
  • Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches; including evaluating lead source reporting
  • Responsible for digital presence of all properties; google a property, the results are what you are proud of
  • Leverage data to guide decision-making. Use data analytics to report on marketing value and impact (not to mention how well you are succeeding)
  • Facilitate brainstorming with marketing and property teams to generate creative strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive market conditions; continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market
  • Project manage the marketing team and development of materials needed to reach occupancy and retention success at every property in real estate portfolio
  • Manage marketing vendors and providing recommendations for new vendors as needed
  • Generate excitement for new campaigns
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field required
  • At least three years of experience in a related field
  • Proactive and highly motivated self-starter
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player able to collaborate with the marketing team operations and management team to create design solutions that meet company objectives in an innovative and creative way
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • Previous SEO and SEM management preferred
  • Domain and website management experience preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus!
  • Multifamily real estate experience preferred, but not required
  • A positive can-do attitude is a must
